Maintains free and confidential services to victims of domestic violence and their children via a 24 hour domestic violence hotline and emergency shelter. Provides confidential domestic violence crisis intervention in the city of Fredericksburg, and the Counties of Stafford, Spotsylvania, King George and Caroline. These services include a 24 hour hotline, temporary emergency shelter, information, referrals, safety planning, support/educational groups, court advocacy and victim/child advocacy.
