You must be a resident of Portsmouth or live in the 23321 or 23323 ZIP Codes of Chesapeake to be assisted by this office. Full distribution once per calendar month and additional canned goods can be picked up weekly if needed.

Application process
Customers will be asked to verbally provide their name, address, and income/sources during their first visit and to sign TEFAP/USDA paperwork at every visit. No ID is required for pickup. Only one food order per home. Call for additional information.
