Clients must provide ID for all household members 18+, a current disconnect notice for electric, names and DOB for household members under 18, income and benefit statements. Applications for both EnergyShare and MACAA will be provided for completion

Self-referral, or community referral. Appointment preferred, Walk-Ins accepted. Application is available online and in person.

Description

For those facing financial hardship from unemployment, a family crisis, or a chronic medical condition, EnergyShare is Dominion's energy assistance program of last resort. There is no income guideline requirement, however, clients must have a disconnect notice. EnergyShare intake agencies determine eligibility for EnergyShare and may have additional requirements when qualifying customers for this program.
