Description
The chief law enforcement officer in the county and provides advice and assistance to the Sheriff's Department and various police agencies. Responsible for the prosecution of all criminal and traffic cases in the General District Court, Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court, and the Circuit Court of Carroll County. Available to assist victims and witnesses of crimes and to provide assistance to the public on matters pertaining to the state or county.
