Property must be located in Franklin County Homeowners must be current on mortgage loans, insurance and property taxes The property must be owner-occupied and the primary residence for at least 3 years The property must demonstrate a need for repairs Household income must be below 80% of the area median income Homeowner must agree to pay a percentage of the cost to Habitat for the repairs completed Homeowner must complete 5 hours of “Sweat Equity” assisting with the repair (if able)
