Property must be located in Franklin County
Homeowners must be current on mortgage loans, insurance and property taxes
The property must be owner-occupied and the primary residence for at least 3 years
The property must demonstrate a need for repairs
Household income must be below 80% of the area median income
Homeowner must agree to pay a percentage of the cost to Habitat for the repairs completed
Homeowner must complete 5 hours of “Sweat Equity” assisting with the repair (if able)

Eligible repairs include small roof repairs, handicap accessibility, window and door replacement, sidewalk and exterior stair repair, siding repair, electrical, plumbing and water supply and septic systems.
