Eligibility

Youth are males and females in the custody of the Department of Social Services aged 17-20 at the time of admission. Youth are cognitively able to participate in the program.Youth show motivation, emotional readiness, and a willingness to learn in the transition process from foster care to self-sufficiency.Youth who have shown positive progress in developing and meeting service planning goals in prior living arrangements.

Hours

On-call support and services 24 hours a day including holidays and weekends.

Comprehensive supportive services for foster youth 17-21 years of age. On-Site supervision for all campuses. Services provided: Housing Education Employment Financial Literacy
