Lobby Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 10:00 pm Everyday 24 hours, 7 days a week

Call for information. Call 9-1-1 for emergency response only.
Service area
Roanoke, VA
Roanoke County ECC handles 9-1-1 calls via traditional telephones as well as cell phones from citizens of and visitors to Roanoke County and the Town of Vinton. The ECC also handles non-emergency calls requesting assistance and information. The Communication Officers then dispatch the appropriate equipment and personnel to handle the emergency or citizen request.
