Provides services to at risk families in the Middle Peninsula and Northern Neck area of Virginia. Services include information about and referral to community resources; in home mentoring and training to develop problem solving skills; case management services for high risk children from birth to six year old; and activities to promote parent-child relationships and healthy childhood growth and development.
