Must live in Dominion Energy service area and have a disconnect notice.. The bill must be in the applicant's name. Fredericksburg Salvation Army EnergyShare Program does not service the residents of Stafford County.

9am to 4pm from Monday through Thursday

Please call the office for additional information. When funds are available, applications can be submitted at your local Department of Social Services office.

For those facing financial hardship from unemployment, a family crisis, or a chronic medical condition, EnergyShare is Dominion Energy's energy assistance program of last resort. There is no income guideline requirement, however, a current Electric or Gas bill must be present upon completion of application. EnergyShare intake agencies determine eligibility for EnergyShare and may have additional requirements when qualifying customers for this program.
