Application process

Entry into the 37-bed program is by referral to the Fairfax County CSB Entry and Referral Services by calling (703) 383-8500. Entry into the 15-bed Arlington program is by referral to the Arlington County CSB Entry and Referral Services by calling (703) 228-5150.

Pathway Homes operates 3 ALFs, which are highly structured 24/7 programs that are licensed by the Department of Social Services (DSS). One ALF is a 37-bed program located in Fairfax and the others are an 8- and 7-bed program in single-family homes in Arlington County.
